The Dhani Pouch Packing Machine is a high-performance fully automatic packaging machine designed to produce perfectly sealed pouches with high speed and precision. Manufactured from food-grade SS 304 stainless steel, it offers hygienic operation, excellent durability, and reliable performance for continuous industrial use.
The machine automatically forms the pouch from a roll of laminated film, fills the product (using the appropriate filling system), heat-seals the pouch, and cuts it into finished packs in a single continuous operation. Equipped with a PLC-based control system and digital temperature controller, it ensures consistent sealing quality, accurate operation, and minimal product wastage.
